Merry People started in 2014 as an idea, born out of frustration, when I was working at a corporate job in Melbourne, Australia. With the city’s notoriously unreliable weather, I kept wrecking my work shoes; I needed a durable and comfortable pair of boots that could withstand my commute and still be suitable to walk into a corporate office.
Rain or shine, Merry People Bobbi gumboots are the perfect everyday rain boots! Not only have our gumboots been waterproof tested so you can wear them on rainy days without getting your feet soaked, but they have also been tested for below-freezing temperatures so they will keep you cosy from summer to winter. This year round versatility is just one of the many reasons our customers fondly refer to them as their favourite gumboots!
At Merry People we always keep fashion, function and comfort in mind, so these gumboots are designed to be worn comfortably all day long. The flexible neoprene lining makes it easy to slip them on and off and also keeps your foot cushioned and cosy. We make our gumboot available in a wide range of sizes, to fit everyone - both men and women.
